These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ToyoAI, a service operated by Sojitoyo Services ("we", "us"). By creating an account, signing in, generating content, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information, and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
2. Acceptable Use
You will not use ToyoAI to generate or distribute content that is illegal, infringes third-party rights, depicts minors in a sexual manner, harasses or defames others, contains malware, or otherwise violates applicable law. You must hold all rights necessary for any image, prompt, or material you submit.
3. AI-Generated Output
ToyoAI uses artificial intelligence. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable for commercial use. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying every output before relying on or publishing it.
4. Credits & Payments
Paid plans and credit purchases are processed by Paystack in Nigerian Naira. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Credits and digital purchases are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
5. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend access, revoke credits, or terminate accounts without refund where we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms, including illegal content, abuse, fraud, or copyright violation.
6. Intellectual Property
Subject to these Terms and any third-party model licences, you retain rights to content you generate. The ToyoAI platform, brand, and underlying software remain our property.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. When we do, the version number changes and you will be required to re-accept the updated Terms before continuing to use the service.
