ToyoAI provides AI-powered image and video generation tools. Access to features depends on your active subscription plan and available credits.
Credits are tied to subscription validity, are strictly enforced, and do not roll over. Subscriptions are billed monthly via Paystack. Digital purchases and credits are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
ToyoAI uses artificial intelligence to generate content. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable for commercial use. You must review all outputs before relying on them.
You confirm that you have the legal right to use any prompt, reference image, or material you submit, and that the content you generate does not infringe any third-party rights or any applicable law.
You may not use ToyoAI to create illegal content, content that depicts minors in a sexual context, non-consensual imagery, hateful content, content that violates copyright, or content used for harassment or fraud.
Users violating these Terms may have access suspended, credits revoked, and the account terminated without refund.
We may update these Terms. When the version number changes you will be required to re-accept before continuing use of the platform.
